The Gramercy Pilates Institute program is an advanced teacher training curriculum that goes far beyond traditional Pilates Teacher Training with a holistic approach that integrates anatomy, biomechanics and choreography into the understanding of Pilates practice. The program offers both Mat and Equipment Certification as well as all the teaching tools necessary to implement the program.

Our unique integrated approach to Pilates teacher training  provides prospective Pilates teachers with an advanced knowledge of the Pilates philosophy and the science behind their practice. The program offers a classical choreography foundation with a contemporary approach to anatomy and biomechanics and provides in-depth training that illuminates why exercises work for a variety of clients including those with medical conditions and physical restrictions.
